DESCRIPTION:Early Bird registration open through August 1st! \n\n\n\nJoin Brenda Austin and members of the Embellish Family for a fun\, hands‑on morning designed especially for beginning handbell and handchime ringers. Whether you’re brand new to ringing or looking to strengthen your foundational skills\, this workshop will give you the tools you need to ring with confidence and joy. \n\n\n\nThroughout the morning\, Brenda will lead Ringing 101\, covering the basics of handbell and handchime technique\, music reading\, ensemble skills\, and practical tips for successful ringing. \n\n\n\nNo prior music or handbell experience is required—just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn! \n\n\n\nWho is the workshop for:  \n\n\n\n\nBrand‑new ringers\n\n\n\nHandbell directors seeking tools\, tips\, and recruiting ideas\n\n\n\nYouth and adults (6th grade and up)\n\n\n\nRingers who are “new‑ish” and want to strengthen technique\n\n\n\nAnyone who loves handbells and wants to learn more\n\n\n\n\nSchedule:  \n\n\n\n\n9:00-10:15 hands on workshop\n\n\n\n10:15-10:45 Snack/break time (snack provided)\n\n\n\n—10:15-10:45 Optional directors round table with Brenda \n\n\n\n10:45-11:45 hands on workshop \n\n\n\n11:45-12:00 questions\n\n\n\n\nFees – per person \n\n\n\n\n$10 early bird through Aug 1\n\n\n\n$15 Aug 2-Sept 18\n\n\n\n$20 at the door
