Join Brenda Austin and members of the Embellish Family for a fun, hands‑on morning designed especially for beginning handbell and handchime ringers. Whether you’re brand new to ringing or looking to strengthen your foundational skills, this workshop will give you the tools you need to ring with confidence and joy.

Throughout the morning, Brenda will lead Ringing 101, covering the basics of handbell and handchime technique, music reading, ensemble skills, and practical tips for successful ringing.

No prior music or handbell experience is required—just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!

Who is the workshop for: 

• Brand‑new ringers
• Handbell directors seeking tools, tips, and recruiting ideas
• Youth and adults (6th grade and up)
• Ringers who are “new‑ish” and want to strengthen technique
• Anyone who loves handbells and wants to learn more

Schedule: 

• 9:00-10:15 hands on workshop
• 10:15-10:45 Snack/break time (snack provided)
• 10:15-10:45 Optional directors round table with Brenda 
• 10:45-11:45 hands on workshop 
• 11:45-12:00 questions

Fees – per person
