SUMMARY:Ringing Out Workshop
DESCRIPTION:The Embellish Handbell Family is excited to announce we will be hosting Ringing Out on Saturday\, March 13\, 2027! \n\n\n\nRinging Out is a community handbell Mass Ring\, and this year it will be under the direction of Embellish’s Music Director\, Brenda E. Austin. \n\n\n\nBrenda is a handbell composer\, arranger\, and conductor\, and also a music editor for Hope Publishing. She is in high demand as a clinician\, both nationally and internationally\, and has over 115 publications of her own. She brings a vibrant energy to the podium\, and a passion for “Changing the world with handbells!” – her signature phrase.  \n\n\n\nThe day will be full of fun\, great music\, and the opportunity to connect with others in the handbell community. We will close the event with a concert\, featuring several pieces rung by the mass choir\, as well as an individually-prepared piece from each group (if desired)\, and a short performance by Embellish. \n\n\n\nSince space is limited\, registration is on a first come\, first served basis. Please find the event details below: \n\n\n\n\nDate: Saturday\, March 13\, 2027\n\n\n\nTime: 8:00am – 2:30pm\, with a Mass Ring concert at 3:00pm\n\n\n\nLocation: TBD\, Grand Rapids\, MI\n\n\n\nCost: $150 for a group of up to 12 people; OR individual ringers may register for $20 each. Please note that we welcome groups of all sizes\, so we encourage you to attend with your ringers who are available.\n\n\n\nOptional purchases: Boxed lunches will be available for $16 each\, and Ringing Out t-shirts for $15 each.
